I Read His Mind, So I Left Him

Telepathic wife endures mafia husband's cruelty until his jealousy kills their baby.

Lilian spent six years tolerating Marcello's vicious insults because her mind-reading gift exposed the love he buried beneath paranoia. When his twisted jealousy allowed an assistant to fabricate betrayal, the mafia don personally locked his pregnant wife in a subzero cellar. The ordeal triggered a miscarriage, destroying the child they had longed for. Silenced by grief, Lilian leaves signed divorce papers and disappears to London, leaving Marcello to confront the blood-stained aftermath of his own making.
