Escaping the Billionaire's Cage

A contract lover investigates a billionaire, loses her sister, then flees to the Arctic.

Emily Carter surrenders half a year to a 'contract lover' arrangement with Vincent, moving into his Manhattan penthouse to uncover what paralyzed her sister. Surveillance replaces intimacy as she searches for evidence. The investigation collapses when her sister dies by suicide, crushing Emily's resolve.
