The Counterfeit Empress

Betrayed beastgirl becomes maid to expose the friend who stole her queen's ring.

Mia, a rabbit beastgirl, wakes from a drugged night with Dragon King Aldrich holding his royal ring. Her best friend Ella steals the token, forges the required scars and dragon marks, and enters the palace as the intended queen. Stripped of proof, Mia slips into the same court as a nameless maid. She survives daily assassination attempts from Ella, the head maid, and the guard captain. The stakes shift when Mia rescues the Dragon Queen from death, forcing Aldrich to question the woman beside him.
