The Don's Betrayal: A Wife's Revenge

A pregnant mafia wife uncovers a plot to harvest her organs and exposes the conspiracy at a birthday banquet.

Five years into her marriage to crime boss Milo, a five-months-pregnant Giovanna overhears him ordering surgeons to remove her kidneys for Bella, his proclaimed true love. The betrayal expands when Giovanna's mother, Sophia, admits Bella is her biological daughter, revealing a lifelong lie. Giovanna also learns Milo murdered their seven previous children and stole her eggs. Feigning obedience, she covertly secures three damning audio recordings. After Bella moves in and torments her with Milo and Sophia's backing — culminating in a catheter assault and banishment to the attic — Giovanna projects the evidence onto screens at Milo's birthday banquet, exposing the organ-harvesting order, the family deception, and Bella's confessed complicity to the assembled guests.
