The Daughter They Never Chose

Claire leaves her family and twin Chloe at the altar after a lifetime of neglect.

Twin sisters Claire and Chloe share a wedding day, yet their parents set aside a dowry for only one bride. For over two decades Claire watched Chloe claim her dress, empty her bank account, and treat a documented seafood allergy as fiction. The night before the ceremony Claire stops seeking approval, exchanges vows early, and boards a solo flight to Switzerland. Only after she vanishes do the parents uncover long-forgotten medical records confirming the allergy and the depth of their neglect.
