Betrayed student flees to Paris, faces kidnapping, rebuilds life.

Star quarterback Evan shatters his relationship with Joy by sleeping with counselor Roxy and orchestrating a public frame-up that ruins Joy's reputation. Desperate, Joy accepts Julian's help to escape to France for a fresh start. Roxy later confesses the conspiracy, but the revelation only fuels Evan's wounded pride. He pursues Joy to Paris, where her rejection spirals into obsession and kidnapping. Julian intervenes to rescue her, an act that ends Evan's athletic future.
