My Adoptive Father Is the King

A king loses his memory saving a girl, raises her in poverty, and she later rejects him for royalty.

During a state visit, King Carl of Monclair sacrifices his memories to pull orphan Jessica from danger. Stripped of his crown and past, he lives twenty years as a humble worker raising her. As an adult, Jessica spurns the penniless man who raised her to pursue marriage with a prince, unaware the father she discards is the missing monarch.
