Champion boxer hunts mother's killer across the wasteland using a tattoo clue.

Five years after refusing a fixed match, wasteland champion Jack Tigre finds his mother murdered, the only evidence a photo marked with a scorpion tattoo and an odd mechanical wristband. Drifting through irradiated wastes, he saves Scavenger Camp commander Jacqueline and lingers there until raiders attack. Their enforcer, Scorpion, wears the identical tattoo, pointing Jack toward Black Scorpion Base. Inside, he confronts Terrence and Scorpio, and at death's door the wristband activates into black-gold battle armor, letting him exact vengeance and impose a new order on the wasteland.
