Halloween: They Pushed Me Into the Abyss

A cruel Halloween prank kills Chloe temporarily; she abandons her betrayers for a fresh start.

Chloe enters a haunted house on Halloween after pressure from her brother, boyfriend, and best friend. Their plan to record her fear backfires when the fright induces cardiac arrest. Pronounced dead in the operating room, she unexpectedly revives. While the three men collapse in grief outside, Chloe makes a silent decision. She blocks all contact, leaves the country, and begins again alone. Their later attempts at atonement, including a public proposal, arrive years too late to repair what was shattered.
