Manchild: Cut the Cord

Spoiled 29-year-old abandoned after skipping father's collapse, rebuilds at auto shop.

Jack weighs 350 pounds at twenty-nine and has never paid a bill, spending his parents' credit line on a camgirl instead. When his father collapses, Jack refuses to accompany him to the hospital. That refusal drives his mother to sell the family house, hand Jack five hundred dollars and a single key, then sever all contact. Destitute and hungry, Jack drifts to Hank's auto shop and begins rebuilding his life from the grease pit upward.
