No More Waiting for Daddy

Mother leaves husband who sacrifices their daughter for his friend.

Nora asks Graham to collect their six-year-old Ellie from ballet, but he abandons the child in a torrential storm to save his childhood friend Paige and Paige's daughter Mia. At home, Ellie spikes a 104-degree fever, yet Graham gives Mia the last dose of medicine and insists Nora invented the temperature. Days later, Nora discovers glass shards hidden inside Ellie's ballet shoe and realizes Graham planted them to ensure Mia's victory. After witnessing her husband sacrifice their daughter again and again, Nora contacts a divorce lawyer, secures two tickets, and prepares to leave with Ellie.
